Job Vacancy: Part-Time B2B SDR / Virtual Assistant (Technical & Startups Focus) Company: Romega Solutions (Sourcing for a US-based Sales & BD Consulting Client) Location: Remote (Philippines preferred) Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week / 4 hours per day) Shift: US Hours (High overlap with PDT / Pacific Daylight Time) Compensation: Starts at $3.50/hr Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized B2B SDR / Virtual Assistant to support a premium US-based Business Development Consultant. This is not a traditional single-product sales role. You will be supporting outbound efforts across 5 different client companies, ranging from early-stage startups to established businesses in cutting-edge industries like AI, IoT, wearables, hearables, and semiconductors. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who excels at technical internet research, list building, and initiating conversations with high-level decision-makers. You won't just execute tasks; you will help map out markets and build the foundations for major business deals. Primary Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Market Research Target Identification: Research and identify potential customers, strategic partners, distributors, and key accounts within niche tech and startup markets. List Building: Use advanced tools to build clean prospect lists, mapping out key decision-makers (C-level, Founders, VPs of Engineering, etc.) within target organizations. Account Mapping: Support go-to-market initiatives by deeply researching target companies, their technologies, and their industry footprints. 2. Outbound Outreach & Nurturing Multi-Channel Execution: Conduct cold and warm outbound outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn. Pipeline Management: Follow up diligently on active outreach campaigns to nurture early-stage opportunities and keep prospects warm. Appointment Setting: Coordinate calendars and schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Principal Consultant. 3. CRM Hygiene & Reporting Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, notes, and lead statuses within the CRM. Workflow Efficiency: Keep track of campaigns to ensure no lead falls through the cracks across the various client accounts. Typical Projects You Will Handle Sourcing and mapping target customers/partners in highly technical fields (e.g., wearable tech, AI software, semiconductor markets). Hunting for early adopters, design partners, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) opportunities for exciting new tech startups. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or Business Development VA. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be comfortable writing personalized, professional copy for high-level US executives. Technical Literacy: Strong internet research skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical industries (like semiconductors or IoT). Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing workflows for multiple client tracks simultaneously without constant supervision. Tools & Tech Stack Involved - CRM: HubSpot (Preferred) - Lead Gen / Prospecting: Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator - AI Tools: Comfortable utilizing ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to optimize research and drafting workflows.
