<p>How to Apply: Submit your CV using the application form on this page.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Title: Manager – International Business Development</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Work from Home (Remote, Worldwide)</p><p><strong>Domain: </strong>Defence Electronics | Aerospace | Strategic Electronics</p><p><strong>International Markets:</strong> Europe | North America | Asia | Africa</p><p></p><p>Drive Global Defence Business Growth - We are seeking a highly accomplished Manager – International Business Development to spearhead global sales expansion for advanced indigenously developed Defence and Aerospace electronic systems.</p><p>This strategic role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in international defence sales, radar systems, electronic warfare (EW), avionics, and strategic relationship management across global defence ecosystems</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Global Market Expansion</strong></p><p>Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets with strong demand for Defence Electronics and Aerospace Systems.</p><p><strong>Strategic Lead Generation &amp; Business Development</strong></p><p>Build strategic relationships with foreign defence ministries, armed forces, aerospace organizations, government agencies, OEMs, and system integrators.</p><p><strong>Relationship Management &amp; Liaison</strong></p><p>Establish and maintain strong partnerships with international customers, channel partners, distributors, agents, and strategic stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Proposal, Bid &amp; Tender Management</strong></p><p>Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for international tenders and defence procurement programs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong></p><p>BE / <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://B.Tech">B.Tech</a> in ECE / EEE / E&amp;I or equivalent – Mandatory</p><p>MBA in Marketing – Highly Preferred</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>15–20+ years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing within Defence &amp; Aerospace sectors</p></li><li><p>Strong exposure to international business development and defence procurement environments</p></li></ul><p>Experience in one or more of the following regions is highly preferred:</p><p>Europe: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, UK</p><p>Asia: South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam</p><p>Americas: USA, Canada, Brazil</p><p>Africa: South Africa, Egypt</p><p>We are particularly interested in professionals who are:</p><p>Currently employed in Defence Electronics / Radar / EW / Avionics organizations</p><p>OR</p><p>Retired senior leaders from reputed Strategic Electronics / Defence organizations</p><p>Network &amp; Stakeholder Influence</p><p>Strong network with key decision-makers in Defence Ministries, Armed Forces, Government Bodies, and Strategic OEMs</p><p>High credibility and standing within the local defence ecosystem</p><p>Why Join?</p><p>Work with a growth-driven team and an innovative client making big moves in their space!</p><p></p><p><strong>Apply now or send this to someone who’d be a great fit!</strong></p>
