💡 What You'll Do

✅ Post job openings and source candidates across different platforms
✅ Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
✅ Conduct initial interviews for technical and non-technical roles
✅ Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
✅ Maintain applicant records and ensure ATS data is up to date
✅ Assist with recruitment reports, background checks, and hiring operations
✅ Work closely with recruiters and gain exposure to client hiring discussions

🎯 Who We're Looking For

✔ Students, fresh graduates, or career shifters (HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields)
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
