Romega Solutions · Careers
Full-Stack Developer
About the role
About the Project
The Romega portal is our internal ERP-style platform. It already handles attendance, projects and tickets, recruiting, onboarding, learning, a lightweight sales leads page, and marketing content. Our teams run their daily work in it.
You'll build workflow tooling for one of two teams, depending on where you're placed: HR (recruiting, onboarding, and people workflows) or Sales & Marketing (CRM, leads, and campaign workflows). The goal is to remove manual work for that team with features that fit how they actually work, not copies of off-the-shelf tools.
Tech Stack
Frontend: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui
Backend and database: Next.js route handlers, Drizzle ORM, Supabase (Postgres, Google OAuth, Storage)
Validation and testing: Zod, Vitest, GitHub Actions CI (lint, tests, build)
Automation: n8n workflows and Grok for AI features
Languages: TypeScript, SQL
What You'll Work On
You'll be placed in one team and own that team's area of the portal. Phase 1 targets a working first release of your team's workflow features, and Phase 2 builds on it.
If placed in HR:
Recruiting workflows: position management, applicant tracking, candidate status and notes, and application review flows.
Onboarding and people workflows: checklists, document tracking, and reminders for new hires and interns.
Automation (Phase 2): n8n flows for application notifications, AI-assisted candidate summaries, and simple HR reports.
If placed in Sales & Marketing:
CRM features: contacts and companies, a deals Kanban board, notes and an activity timeline, tasks and follow-up reminders.
Lead intake and marketing: CSV import and export, lead source tracking, a validated, rate-limited lead-capture form, and marketing content workflows.
Automation (Phase 2): n8n follow-up flows, AI lead summaries, and a simple pipeline dashboard.
For both placements:
Backend and database: schema changes, API routes, and access rules using the portal's existing roles and tool access.
Testing and QA: Vitest tests for every feature, plus a clean lint and build before each PR.
This is real production work. What you build will be used by our team every day.

Comfortable with Git and GitHub, including branches and pull requests
Careful with business and personal data, and with access rules
Works independently and can navigate an existing codebase
Proactive and resourceful, with a startup-style "figure it out" attitude
Willing to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, and to review their output yourself
Nice to have: n8n or other automation experience, and familiarity with ATS or CRM tools
